Sea Turtle, Inc. is a non-profit organization that has been working in the field of marine conservation for over four decades and counting. Located in South Padre Island, Texas, their goal is to protect endangered sea turtles and their nesting habitats worldwide with the hope of creating a stepping stone towards a healthy ocean. They offer research grants, full-time staff, and volunteer opportunities as well as educational resources for people of all ages. If you find an injured or ill sea turtle, please call their rehabilitation hotline at 956-761-4511 and they will walk you through the steps to take. It is important to remember that not all turtles can be saved, but every effort counts.
